Bento #13

Pasta salad with feta cheese, olives and tomatoes on rocket leaves, homemade hummus with sundried tomatoes, cucumber and carrot sticks and for dessert wild peach and dried coconut.

    How’d you mke your humus? Mine never looks like that! Mine always looks dry and pinkish haha.

      My basic recipe is 1 tin of chickpeas, juice of half a lemon, 1 garlic clove and a glug of olive oil. I drain the chickpeas and then mix everything in the food processor, adding water until it looks creamy enough. I used at least half a cup of water. I also let the food processor run for a long long time to get it creamy. In this version I added parsley and some dried tomatoes that were in olive oil as well.

        Thanks, will try it out once I’m home.
        Usually I just blend the chickpeas and add some spices to it so it has more flavor. Sometimes I add olive oil. Never garlic. Don’t like that much…
